
We often participate in job fairs, and the virtual fair was a new positive experience, where we managed to present our company and the advantages of employment at Adient to a wider audience of job seekers. Interactivity allowed us to answer a large number of questions that potential candidates had, and of course the result – a larger number of resumes for our potential candidate base, allowed us to have a wider choice when hiring new employees. I believe that this virtual fair also made it easier for job seekers to get acquainted with a larger number of companies.
